If you want to train employees effectively, you need to be mindful of who you're training. At the end of the day, the intention of training employees is to develop ability so that they can complete their duty more effectively – but every employee is various. When using online training software, it’s even more important to remember that each person learns differently, so you need to build your learning content accordingly.
Enforcing the VARK Model For Training Employees According To Their Learning Style -
Different people are more responsive to different learning styles, so frame your plan in a way that suit to them all. In general, the 3 most common learning styles are Visual, audio, and kinesthetic.
Aural Learners- Individuals who are audio learners do their best when physically listening to the content being taught to them.
Visual Learners-Your employees with this learning style learn best when the training is presented to them visually. Graphics and videos resonate more strongly with these types.
Kinesthetic Learners-These learners retain the most amount of information with their senses, as they learn via experience. This even includes tasting, touching, and smelling.
Reading Learners-These individuals learn best by taking in information displayed as words.
It is critical to understand that there is a multimodal style of learning as well. never forget that people are different so you need to promote a training program that is conducive to different learning styles. Your trainees will appreciate it and your business will be better off for it.
By recognizing and understanding your own learning styles, you can use techniques better suitable to you. This improves the speed and quality of your learning.
The Seven Learning Styles-
Visual (spatial):You prefer using pictures, images, and spatial understanding.
Aural (auditory-musical): You prefer using sound and music.
Verbal (linguistic): You prefer using words, both in speech and writing.
Physical (kinesthetic): You prefer using your body, hands and sense of touch.
Logical (mathematical): You prefer using logic, reasoning and systems.
Social (interpersonal): You prefer to learn in groups or with other people.
Solitary (intrapersonal): You prefer to work alone and use self-study.
Why are learning styles important?
Because most people have a preferred way to learn.
Some learn best by listening, some have to observe every step, while others have to do it to learn it. The fact is that individuals need all three methods to truly commit information to memory: visual, auditory, and kinesthetic. While most are typically stronger in one area than another, the trick is figuring out the preferred modality and capitalizing on strengths.

Just keep in mind the types of learners in your company, and direction to increase reach their different learning styles by covering different methods into your meetings, presentations, training sessions, and overall work relationships.
